Return/Exchange Policy
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

If we delivered an incorrect product to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered and If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

All our products are handmade by skilled artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which are not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide a resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We cannot offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the recipient refuses the package.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at care@homemetamorphose.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Order number

- Delivery address

- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at care@homemetamorphose.com

Unfortunately, we cannot consider any emails or images sent after 24 hrs of the delivery.Suppose there is a genuine defect in the product. In that case, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 10-15 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.

Under certain circumstances, if we cannot provide you with a replacement for your ordered product, we will notify you. After that, we will process your refund; credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 10-15 business days. 
Refund and Timelines
Refunds shall be made through the original payment mode. Once we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7 business days. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the Bill Number and our courier partner's name are sent to you via WhatsApp/text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the tracking number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track your shipment's current location and the expected delivery date. What if you’re not around when we deliver?

Our delivery partners will try twice, then it'll return to us, and your order will stand cancelled; please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address, including a pin code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
